Every Rachel Mazza piece is crafted exclusively after your order is
confirmed. We do not hold inventory. Production begins only once your purchase is complete. This allows us to maintain precision, limited quantities, and controlled
quality standards.

Estimated production time: 4–6 weeks.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: customercare@rachelmazza.store

After this 24-hour period, production begins and the order becomes final.

Production: 4–6 weeks .

Once dispatched:

• EU: 3–5 business days

• UK: 3–5 business days

A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

We recommend professional dry cleaning only. Due to the structured internal corsetry, please avoid machine washing or steaming directly over structured areas. Detailed care instructions are provided inside each garment.
