Returns & Exchanges

Rachel Mazza pieces are produced with precision and intention.
We encourage clients to review sizing information carefully before purchase.

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please follow the process below.

       Step 1: Contact Us

Within 14 days of delivery, email:

customercare@rachelmazza.store

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photographs if applicable

        Step 2: Approval & Instructions

Once your request is reviewed, our customer care team will provide return instructions.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

        Step 3: Inspection

Returned items are inspected upon arrival to ensure compliance with our return conditions.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Free from signs of wear

Step 4: Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability.

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, please indicate this in your return request. In this case, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

If your claim is validated, return shipping will be covered and an appropriate solution will be provided.
