1. Legal Information

By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

All Rachel Mazza pieces are offered exclusively on a made-to-order basis.

Each item is:

  • Designed in Europe
  • Manufactured by selected partner ateliers

Product descriptions, measurements, materials, and images are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of production and screen display differences.

3. Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Model

All Rachel Mazza pieces are offered exclusively on a made-to-order basis.

Production begins only after order confirmation and full payment has been received.

By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that the garment is produced specifically for them.

Estimated production time: 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.

Delivery timelines include:

  • Production time
  • Shipping time

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

customercare@rachelmazza.store

After the 24-hour period, or once production has commenced, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in the selected currency.

For EU customers, prices are shown inclusive of VAT where applicable.

For customers outside the EU, prices may exclude local duties and taxes.

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by local law.

5. Payment

We accept secure payments via approved payment providers.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that:

  • The information provided is accurate.
  • They are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • They accept the obligation to pay the full amount due.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

In accordance with EU and UK consumer protection regulations, customers residing in the EU or UK may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from delivery.

To exercise this right, written notification must be sent to:

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • With any security seal intact

Customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

7. Returns (Non-EU Customers)

For customers outside the EU/UK, returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery under the same conditions stated above.

Return shipping costs and any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Legal Conformity Guarantee (EU Customers)

EU consumers benefit from the legal conformity guarantee as provided under applicable European consumer protection laws.

This guarantee applies in addition to any commercial guarantee offered by Rachel Mazza.

9. Limitation of Liability

LUMERA GROUP LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.

However, if you reside in the European Union or United Kingdom, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply where required.
